All of our Core Values have three components: 

• Up (our relationship with God) 

• In (our relationship with the Church) and

• Out (our relationship with our communities and the world).
   

LOVE - Love is at the heart of all we do. 

• Up: We love God with all we are and above all else. (Mark 12:30)

• In: We are loved by God, so we can love ourselves and one another - even when it is hard. (1 Peter 1:22)

• Out: We demonstrate the love of Christ to our neighbors. (Mark 12:31)

INVEST - We invest in God's purpose.

• Up: We gratefully offer sacrifices of praise, worship, and obedience to His Word (Romans 12:1)

• In: We joyfully invest our time, talents, and treasures in the mission of our church. (2 Corinthians 9:6-8)

• Out: We diligently invest in fulfilling the Great Commission at home and abroad. (Matthew 28:16-20)

FAITH - We are people of faith.

• Up: We live our faith; taking God at His Word. (Psalm 37:3-6)

• In: We are faithful to our families and to the church. (1 Timothy 5:8, Hebrews 10:23-25)

• Out: We are faithful in our commitments as ambassadors for Christ. (Luke 16:10-13)

ENGAGE - We engage with God and others.

• Up: We actively engage with God and expect to experience His manifest presence in our lives. (Matthew 6:33)

• In: We consistently engage with the family of God, encouraging, discipling, and being discipled by one another. (2 Timothy 3:14-17)

• Out: We compassionately engage with our community, bringing hope to those without hope. (Matthew 5:13-16)
