Workshop: Charting Our Course

Rev. Jason Forsman is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach who has been instrumental in coaching pastors and church leadership teams to successfully define their church culture and set strategic action plans in place to move the church forward in its mission.

Following the pie auction, Jason will facilitate discussions with our church to help us define our culture and prepare us to set strategic plans into motion.  This is an essential session for our leadership team to attend in preparation for our spring Leadership Retreat. This session is open to leadership team members, their spouses, and those who are committed and faithful members of our body.
